At Bay Area Ice Cream Catering, we treat your family and friends to an ice cream social event and make others envious of you in the neighborhood. Our make-your-own sundae bar service is second to none, and rightfully so.
Exciting Flavors
We arrive at your event ready to impress, with your choice of ice cream flavors and a large selection of the best toppings in town to create the sundae of your dreams. We provide everything you’ll need, such as bowls, spoons, napkins, tons of toppings, and whipped cream and a cherry for the top.
Catering
For event catering orders, please give us as much notice as possible. But, in a pinch, we can turn most events around with 24 hours’ notice.

Corporate Catering
We assure you healthy and high-quality ice creams for your employees and clients.
Sundae Bar
One, two, or three scoops of mouth-watering ice cream and self-serving toppings. We do all of the set-ups, scooping ice creams, and clean-up.

Root Beer Floats
Root beer floats are served along with two scoops of vanilla ice cream in a drink cup with a can of root beer float.
Sundae in a Box
We deliver pre-scoop ice cream in sundae cups with everything you need to build on your sundae. When we arrive, we set up the order to make it ready to eat. Our ice cream is delivered in well-insulated freezer bags and should be eaten within 30 minutes of set-up. We charge based on the location.
Fundraising
Let us help you raise money for your local charity or organization. We can do all the scooping work while you sit back and enjoy the event. Or, we can teach key individuals or celebrities do most of the scooping while your patrols are in awe of helping them.
